The free standard local delivery option is usually fulfilled within 7 days, and often can be quicker. The actual date of delivery will be confirmed to you when you are contacted by us following completion of your purchase. Alternatively you can use the chat button on our website during store opening hours to enquire about the next available delivery date. Please see maps as a guide to free delivery area, and also which other areas we deliver to for a small fee.
Please note we only deliver to these areas, and products can not be shipped outside the designated areas on the map.
Delivery is boxed to a room of your choice on the ground floor and/or no more than 3 steps. If a delivery falls outside of these requirements, an additional reasonable charge may be levied.
Some appliances such as american-style fridge freezers and other larger items may incur extra delivery charges. Should the item not fit your doorway, it may be necessary to remove doors or packaging from the appliance which will incur charges. Please note that it is your responsibility to measure to ensure the appliance will fit. Once unpacked, an appliance cannot be returned without a restocking fee, which may be up to 50% of the original retail rrp.
When a pre-arranged and agreed delivery day and/or time has been given, and then that delivery fails because there is no one at the address to receive the product(s), you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge, which will depend upon the size and weight of the item(s).
Click & collect is available at no extra charge for selected products. The site will guide you through how to place an order for click & collect. When the product(s) arrives in store, you will be contacted to let you know its ready for collection.
All click & collect orders must be signed for, by an adult (18 years and over) and you should bring all delivery documentation and receipts provided as proof.
Upon collection you may also be asked to provide photographic identification such as a passport or photo drivers licence, or the credit card used to make the purchase. The seller reserves the right to not release the product(s) to you if reasonable proof of order cannot be provided.
Please note that for click and collect, you will need to be able to lift the item into your vehicle by yourself, as there may not always be staff available to assist with this.
